The Elder Rights Project can connect people in Wisconsin with a victim advocate to help to plan for their safety, find safe housing, provide emotional support, and connect with resources, referrals as well as legal services.

Legal Action of Wisconsin is pleased to provide statewide civil legal aid to abuse in later life victims through our statewide Elder Rights Project (ERP). Victim advocates at The Elder Rights Project can help to plan for your safety, find safe housing, provide emotional support, and connect you with resources, referrals and legal services.
Eligibility Requirements: Wisconsin resident, 50 and older and a victim of a crime or abuse.
Legal Action of Wisconsin is a nonprofit law firm with limited resources. If your legal issue doesn’t align with our current priorities or availability and we are not able to take your case, we’ll strive to offer brief advice or a referral to another agency.
